1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Synthra Radio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Synthra Radio provides background music streaming intended for commercial business environments. The Service is designed for use in physical business locations such as retail stores, restaurants, gyms, offices, and similar venues. The Service is not intended for personal, residential, or consumer use.
3. Licensing & Permitted Use
Your subscription grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play Synthra Radio music only at the business location(s) specified in your account.
Each physical business location requires its own license unless otherwise agreed to in writing. You may not share, duplicate, or extend access beyond licensed locations.
4. Music Licensing Disclaimer
Synthra Radio provides music intended to qualify as royalty-free background music. Nexus Radio does not provide legal advice. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Free Trials & Billing
Free trials may require a valid payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, subscriptions automatically convert to paid plans.
6. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rebroadcast, or misuse the Service outside of your licensed location(s).
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Synthra Radio does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Termination
Synthra Radio may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, or non-payment.
11. Limitation of Liability
Synthra Radio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Changes to Terms
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
